Job summary

The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents' health and daily care needs. This PRN role involves safe medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Candidates must have a CMT certification in good standing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of CMT experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of hands-on CMT experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• EHR proficiency and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• Document medication administration and report changes
• Work under RN supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Complete and renew Maryland Board of Nursing certification
• Follow state regulations and facility policies
• Report incidents or errors promptly
