Qualifications

• Active CMT certification in Missouri (required).
• CNA certification in Missouri (required).

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Performs resident care responsibilities ensuring safety and comfort.
• Observes for adverse drug reactions and reports to licensed staff.
• Maintains accurate medication records and charts.
• Responds to resident call lights and assists with rounds.
• Records vital signs as assigned and documents changes in condition.
