The Legacy at North Augusta, part of National Lutheran Communities and Services, seeks a Certified Medication Aide for the night shift. You will administer medications, document administrations, and support residents under RN supervision to promote health and comfort.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certification in good standing.
• One year of hands-on CMA experience preferred.
• Strong medication administration and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
• Document all medication administration and report changes in resident condition.
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Follow state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration.
• Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly.

What You'll Do
