Qualifications

• We require CMA certification and eligibility to work as a CMA.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care setting is preferred.
• Ability to document medications and monitor effects accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer, assist, and supervise medications per physician orders.
• Document medications given, effectiveness, and side effects; update charts.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior.
