Qualifications

• CMA certification required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care environment preferred.
• Ability to administer medications per physician orders and document patient responses.

Responsibilities

• Administer, assist, and supervise the administration of medications according to the physician's order.
• Document medications administered, including effectiveness and any side effects; update patient charts.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, cognitive, or emotional status.
