• CMA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following state and federal regulations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration and records all medications accurately.
• Notifies licensed staff about patient pain and takes/records vital signs when required.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the computer system and responds to resident call lights promptly.
