Barren County Health & Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking a caring CMA/CMT for a Full-Time night shift. You’ll provide medication administration, supervise self-administration, and report changes in residents’ condition while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of CMA experience and/or training.
• Previous experience working directly with older adults preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must enjoy working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to health care provider's orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations.
