Table Rock Post Acute in Medford, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our care team. The CMA administers medications, checks glucose, records vitals, and supports resident care under supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CMA program required.
• Valid CMA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required; six months of LTC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Dispenses and prepares oral medications per physician orders.
• Administers and documents medications at the indicated dosage and time.
• Performs capillary blood glucose checks and records resident vital signs.
• Counts and manages controlled substances and restocks medication cart.
• Maintains resident confidentiality and follows company policies and procedures.
