Job summary

Central Maine Long Term Care, Inc is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide to administer medications and provide resident care on a per diem, variable shift schedule at Bolster Heights in Auburn, Maine.

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will perform routine tasks, ensure resident safety and comfort, and follow state and federal regulations and facility policies.

A $2,500 bonus is available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Residential Care Specialist 1 or PSS certificate.
• 40-hour certified medication administration certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Basic math skills to calculate dosages.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications to residents per physician orders.
• Supervised by licensed nurse and adheres to state/federal rules.
• Performs routine daily resident care tasks and maintains policy compliance.
