Job summary

MaineGeneral in Augusta seeks a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to provide safe medication administration for residents in a per diem residential setting. You will work under RN supervision, documenting orders and monitoring for side effects.

Required: current Maine CRMA certification, PSS or within 120 days, and BLS; 1+ year of healthcare experience is preferred, with residential care experience preferred. Join a team focused on compassionate care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Maine CRMA certification required; PSS required or within 120 days of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Healthcare Provider preferred; 1 year+ experience preferred.
• Experience with residential care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes medications to residents per physician orders and completes required documentation.
• Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN.
• Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
• Assists with keeping the patient's environment safe, clean, and orderly.
