Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean medication cart and medication room, labeling and storing meds properly.
• Document administrations and report any errors immediately.
• Protect resident privacy and ensure safety during medication delivery.
• Follow nursing policies, safety procedures, and community policies.
• Assist in daily resident care activities and comply with shift schedules.
