• Attention to detail and accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Administer medications precisely as prescribed
• Monitor and report adverse reactions or changes in resident status
• Document all medication administration per policies
• Maintain a safe medication cart and environment
• Safeguard resident privacy and confidentiality
• Follow infection control procedures during medication administration
• Report medication errors to the Charge Nurse immediately
