Responsibilities

• Participate in shift report.
• Perform routine patient care according to policies.
• Employ preventative and restorative measures.
• Follow handwashing and infection control guidelines.
• Reports promptly any change of patient condition to supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder and related issues.
• Participates in all meetings and trainings.
• Inventory drugs on designated forms as they arrive.
