Job summary

Forest Park Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our full-time team in Dallas. Under the supervision of the charge nurse, you will ensure timely and accurate med passes to maintain high-quality resident care.

Requirements include strong English communication, prior patient care experience, and an active Medication Aide certification. We offer competitive wages, potential raises, and bonuses in a supportive facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current Medication Aide certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor.
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
