Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English in speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift reports and communicate updates to the care team.
• Perform routine patient care per Federal, State, Company and Center policies.
• Employ preventative and restorative measures for residents.
• Follow infection control guidelines during patient care.
• Inventory drugs and maintain accurate medication records.
