Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living and administer medications under state guidelines.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time roles, with pay ranging from $22/hour to $24.75/hour plus shift differentials. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents
