Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents in completing personal care plans.
• Provide companionship and sense of belonging to residents.
• Assist with resident activities and programs.
• Work with clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Administer medications to residents.
