Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Current Medication Aide certification in good standing.
• Ability to document and communicate patient care clearly.

Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity and record medication details.
• Present medication to resident and observe ingestion or administration.
• Take vital signs and report any unusual reactions.
• Take and record temperatures, BP, pulse, and other inputs as directed.
