Qualifications

• Must be a CMA and CNA in good standing with the State.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with others.
• Must be capable of regular attendance.
• Must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Prepares, administers, and documents medications following accepted practices, under supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and positioning.
• Reads and follows daily care plans and reports changes to the Nurse in charge; documents care.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation and infection control policies and uses PPE as required.
• Attends orientation and required in-service education.
• Participates in training staff and supports resident rights.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
