Qualifications

• Texas CMA certification required or equivalent.
• Current active certification to practice as CMA in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
