Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing with the State.
• Must be able to read, write and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, administers, and documents medications under supervision.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and meals.
• Documents care on resident records and reports changes to the Nurse in charge.
