Qualifications

• Certified medication administration credential per state law.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents as defined by state regulations and records time and amount on the resident’s chart.
• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records drug name, dosage, and time of administration on forms and records.
• Presents medication to residents and observes ingestion or other application according to procedures.
• Performs miscellaneous work assignments as required.
