Job summary

Senior Living Residences Marlboro is seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to provide direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like setting. The role includes medication assistance, helping with daily living activities, and supporting dining and activities across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance, documentation, and management.
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents to promote engagement.
• Use electronic health record system to track care and tasks.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain a cooperative, inclusive environment.
