Qualifications

• Must be a nursing assistant according to state regulations.
• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Medication Aide with successful completion of a state-approved training program and examination. Documentation of certification and proof of state certification are required upon application.

Essential Job Functions

• Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Complete tub, shower, or bed baths.
• Assist residents with dining and feeding as needed.
• Provide personal care to assigned residents.
