Qualifications:

• Must be a nursing assistant compliant with state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medication Aide with successful completion of a state-approved training program and examination; must provide certification documentation and proof of certification upon application.

Essential Job Functions:

• Adhere to established performance standards and nursing policies.
• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Perform tub baths, showers, or bed baths.
• Assist residents to dining and help with feeding as needed.
• Provide personal care to assigned residents.
