Job summary

Spring Oak Berlin in Berlin, NJ is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our caring team across Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles are available, with a pay rate of $21.09 per hour.

You will administer medications, assist residents with daily activities, and collaborate with the Wellness team to ensure high-quality care. We value compassionate, dependable team members who build relationships with residents and uphold dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Current and valid CMA certification.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in assisted living or senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and New Jersey requirements.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while supporting their dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Wellness team.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
• Work under the direction of the nurse, Director of Wellness, or supervisor to provide attentive, compassionate care.

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employment Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem

Pay: $21.09 per hour
