Job summary

Spring Oak Vineland is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our assisted living team on a per diem basis. The role supports residents’ health and well-being with flexible coverage including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting administrations, and coordinating with nursing staff to monitor residents’ conditions, while adhering to HIPAA and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team on a per diem basis. This flexible position is ideal for someone who is available to provide additional coverage as needed, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

As a CMA, you will play an important role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include safely and accurately administering medications, maintaining proper documentation, observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and providing compassionate, resident-centered support.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the State of New Jersey
• Previous long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.

$19.93 - $19.93 an hour
