A Day in the Life of a CMA

As a CMA, you play a crucial role in our community by passing medications as prescribed and providing direct care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You observe and report changes in residents' conditions, maintain confidentiality, and uphold HIPAA and facility policies. Your friendly demeanor helps build strong relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CMA license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. We value trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and compassionate individuals who enjoy caring for seniors and communicating effectively.

Work Schedule

This full-time position involves 12-hour shifts.
