Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Certified Medication Aide (CMA I or II) or Certified Medical Technician (CMT) for Louisville, KY, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to healthcare provider’s orders.
  2. Supervise residents who self-administer medication, following company and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Report any changes in residents' physical condition or behaviors.
  4. Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Current state CMT license with documentation.
  3. One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  4. Previous experience working directly with older adults preferred.
  5. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Enjoy working with the senior population.
