Job summary

Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, KS seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our caregiving team. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, and support nursing staff to keep residents safe, comfortable and well cared for.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
• Monitor dosages and maintain proper medication storage.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Check and record vital signs and weights to maintain stability.
• Provide personal hygiene care with compassion and respect.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Ensure resident comfort using available resources.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Communicate observations to the nursing supervisor.

About the Role:
