Job summary

Frontline is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for our assisted living community in Winfield, KS. This full-time role (6a-6p) focuses on safe medication administration, resident care, and collaboration with the caregiving team to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will monitor dosages, record vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and respond to resident needs while maintaining high standards of compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification or equivalent Med Tech certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
• Monitor medication dosages and maintain proper storage practices.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs and weights to maintain resident stability.
• Provide personal hygiene care with respect and compassion.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Ensure residents' comfort using available resources and materials.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Communicate observations and concerns to the nursing supervisor.
