Harmony Dubuque is seeking Certified Medication Aides to join our Skilled Nursing team and deliver high‑quality resident care. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and monitor residents for changes in condition with attention to safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate.
• State-approved Medication Aide training and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications to residents and ensure on-time administration.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care appropriately.
• Support ongoing education and care standards within the team.

As a Certified Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Dubuque by providing our residents with the medications they need, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate, successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and C.P.R. certification.
