Ridgewood by Heritage Communities in Bennington, NE seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our caring team. You will administer medications accurately, provide resident-centered care, and collaborate with licensed nurses to follow established care plans.

This role supports seniors in our community with benefits, ongoing training, and a collaborative, compassionate culture. Active CMA certification is required, and a positive team mindset is essential.

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• An active state-required CMA certification.
• A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
