Pay: $15 Plus $1 Nights Shift Differential

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting residents’ health, comfort, and quality of life while helping maintain a warm, home‑like environment.
Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you’ll ensure medications are administered correctly, residents are monitored closely, and care is delivered with dignity and respect.
The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for administering prescribed medications, supporting residents with activities of daily living, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations and Americare policies.
This role works collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to promote resident safety, wellness, and person‑centered care.
Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Medication Technician, (CMT) Med Aide, Level One Medication Aide, (L1MA) or Medication Assistant.
This role is performed in an indoor healthcare environment with appropriate lighting and ventilation. Duties may occasionally include accompanying residents to outdoor or community activities.
