Job summary

Heritage Communities’ Sagewood location in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Night Shift Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care during the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. You will administer medications, maintain records, and work closely with licensed nursing staff to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Evening Shift Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members .

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability to work a 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule, including every other weekend.
• An active state-required CMA certification.
• A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.

• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
