Heritage Communities, The Heritage at Meridian Gardens in Columbus, NE, is hiring CNAs and CMAs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and accurate medication administration in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities include documenting care in our system, collaborating with licensed staff, and building strong relationships with residents and families. Active CNA/CMA certification and a team-oriented mindset are required.

• Heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
