A leading company in senior living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide personal and nursing care to residents. Responsibilities include administering medications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping seniors.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe administration of all prescribed medications and treatments as listed on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and Treatment Administration Record (TAR). You will provide personal care and general nursing care to residents as needed or assigned, ensuring the delivery of care and services to all residents in the community, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), room cleanliness, scheduled activities, dining services, and individual service plan needs of each assigned resident.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
Experience: At least 1 month of experience, preferably in senior living.
Certifications: Current Medication Technician certification as per state regulations.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English for communication, emergency response, and job duties.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
