Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate Med Techs to join our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. As a Medication Aide, you will administer medications safely, document responses, and monitor resident health in a caring long-term care setting.

Full-Time AM or PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate and dependableMed Techs to join our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll provide quality care to our residents while ensuring their medications are administered safely and accurately.

Hiring for AM 7a-7p or PM 7p-7a!

Med Tech Requirements:

• Active CNA Certification in Wisconsin
• Current Wisconsin Medication Aide certification in skilled nursing- REQUIRED
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies
• Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team
• Assist with resident care and support as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
• Follow all medication administration, infection control, and safety prodecures
