Job summary

Medical Suites at Oak Creek in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time and part-time roles in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, ensuring resident comfort, and maintaining accurate documentation. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred; Wisconsin CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to priority and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including changing linens.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking compassionate and dependableCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

CNA Requirements:
