Job Summary:

As a CMA, you will play a vital role in administering medications and treatments, providing high-quality nursing care, and promoting independence and dignity for our residents.

Responsibilities:

As a CMA, you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and treatments with precision and care
• Providing high-quality nursing care while promoting dignity, respect, and freedom of choice
• Assisting residents in achieving their best physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Offering patient and empathetic support for mobility, communication, and incontinence care

Requirements:

• Are certified as a Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Maryland (Not a CMT)

• Have an active CNA-1 license.
• Have experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred, not required)
• Thrive in a team environment but can work independently when needed
• Are organized, reliable, and have a heart for seniors
