Job summary

Ahoskie Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to safely administer medications and support resident care under nursing leadership. This on-site position offers full-time or part-time shifts across all schedules, with a focus on accuracy and resident safety.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to safely administer medications and support resident care under the direction of nursing leadership. This role is critical to resident safety, accuracy, and overall quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered by the physician
  • Verify resident identity prior to medication administration

  • Active CPR certification

Physical Requirements
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling residents or equipment as needed
