Job summary

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Medical Scribe at City of Lincoln Myrtle Beach location supports clinical operations and documentation, assisting physicians with patient care, performing CMA tasks, and ensuring accurate notes in the EHR during visits.

Qualifications

• Certification as CMA or CCMA from an accredited program.
• Experience as a medical scribe preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake including vital signs and exam prep.
• Support providers with in-room patient care within CMA scope.
• Document encounters in real-time into the EHR.
• Submit accurate medical documentation under physician supervision.
