Health Care Resource Centers is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to greet patients, schedule appointments and collect information. You will help practitioners with treatments, take vital signs and collect lab samples in a busy Maine outpatient clinic.

Requirements include CPR/BLS, phlebotomy, and a high school diploma with MA certification. Prior healthcare experience is preferred and attention to detail is essential for patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or registered Medical Assistant.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Phlebotomy is involved and required.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and schedule appointments.
• Check in patients and record information in electronic charts.
• Assist clinicians with patient intakes and procedures.
• Obtain blood and other specimens for lab testing.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness.
