Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Per diem Medical Assistant (MA-C) to greet patients, prepare them for practitioners, take vital signs, and prep for procedures. The role requires accurate EMR entry and compassionate service.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, MA-C (or interim MA-C with plan to obtain full MA-C within 6 months) and CPR certification, plus EMR experience (EPIC preferred). Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm; no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MA-C certification or interim MA-C required (must obtain full MA-C within 6 months).
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR applications; EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for the healthcare practitioner.
• Obtain vital signs and prepare patients for routine and specialty procedures.
• Collect specimens and document patient interactions in the EMR.
