Job summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics in Redmond is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care clinic. You will work with our providers to room patients, triage calls, and assist in coordinating patient care to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, MA-C certification through WA DOH, completion of a certified MA program, CPR certification, and strong customer service skills. EMR experience, preferably EPIC, is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of certified MA program or WA standards satisfied by military training/experience.
• Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) through WA State DOH required.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients as part of the clinic workflow.
• Triage phone calls and coordinate patient care with providers.
• Assist in coordination of patient care and other clinic duties.
