Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for the LaGrange clinic. Hours are Monday–Friday 7am–6pm with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will greet patients, collect history, and assist physicians during exams.

Travel to nearby clinics may be required to support teams. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an MA program, and MA certification options (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or equivalent experience.
• Active MA certifications (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA) preferred or required.
• CPR certification required or able to obtain on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office assisting with patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vital signs, and health history collection.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor office procedures, dressing changes, and first aid.
• May assist with immunizations or injections for certified MAs.
• Process prescriptions, address pharmacy callbacks, and update charting.
• Perform onsite lab tests (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent service per CARE values.
• May travel to assist other local clinics as needed.
