Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Blood draw proficiency and clinical support duties.
• BLS certification through AHA within 90 days of start date.
• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Ability to follow provider instructions and chart findings.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assists with treatments ordered by provider under supervision.
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information.
• Performs basic clerical duties (phone, records, filing).
• Maintains supplies and keeps a clean, orderly environment.
• Documents encounters and transcribes orders as directed by the provider.
