Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Active CMA or equivalent MA certification.
• BLS certification required (at hire or prior to patient care).
• One year of MA healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community with professional, respectful service.
• Review and update health records; verify diagnostic tests and reports.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, bp, resp, weight, height).
• Prepare examination rooms and assist clinicians during visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient or clerical issues; answer phones as needed.
