Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for the St. Charles Medical Office Building to support the primary care physician in delivering high-quality patient care.

You will review and update health records, assist with examinations, and prepare treatment rooms. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CMA certification (or ABR-OE as acceptable in some states), and 1 year of MA experience (2 years clerical in a physician’s office preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community in a respectful manner.
• Review patient charts and ensure test results are accurate and up to date.

• Perform clerical duties: inventory, track referrals, answer phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly; handle other duties as assigned.
