Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for the Physician Office – Fairfield Internal Medicine. You will work closely with the primary care physician to ensure high-quality patient care, review health records, measure vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.

Requires High School Diploma or GED and CMA certification; BLS at hire is preferred. Prior MA experience is a plus, with clerical experience in a physician's office also valued.

Competenze

• Active CMA certification from a recognized agency.
• BLS required at hire or prior to patient care.
• 1 year medical assistant experience preferred.
• 2 years clerical experience in a physician's office preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and provide respectful customer service.
• Review and update health records; verify test results and reports.
• Measure vital signs and prepare examination rooms.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals, phone calls.
• Troubleshoot problems as needed.
